Microsoft Windows 7 Upgrade
Microsoft has launched its new Windows 7 operating system. You can't buy Windows 7 from O2, but we can help if you want to upgrade your O2 laptop to it or have recently purchased a laptop/PC running this new operating system.
It can take quite a bit of time to upgrade your O2 laptop (sometimes up to two hours). But we've written some simple instructions to help.
If you have O2 Home Broadband you will also need updated software to get you up and running.
For Mobile Broadband customers our Connection Manager software supports W7. All you need to do is to check you are running the latest version. Click here to find out more.
