We are confident you will be happy with O2 Mobile Broadband which is why we have introduced a 30 day Happiness Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your mobile broadband service from O2. So if you’re not happy with your mobile broadband service, you can return your USB modem, and we’ll cancel your contract and refund the cost of your USB Modem if you paid for it.
If you purchased a laptop package and you’re not happy with the mobile broadband service, you can return your laptop and USB modem, and we will cancel your contract and refund the cost of your laptop if you paid for it.
If you purchased before on or before the 26th February 2009, you are eligible for a 50 day Happiness Guarantee.
