Call Charges
Undecided between our O2 Home Phone packages? Our call charges information should help you select the best package for your needs.
You can call any number included in your package for up to 60 minutes. After that, we'll start to charge you at the daytime rate below. But you can hang up and dial again.
You can ring without charge between 6pm and 6am weekdays, and from 6pm Friday to 6am Monday.

For any call where you would normally be charged (for example, a call to an 01 number during the day) you'll also be charged an 12.8p call setup fee, as well as the standard calling costs above.

Here's the small print
Ofcom, the communications regulator, has introduced rules to protect people who buy telecoms services.
The rules don't actually change much for us, but they do help you. These rules are especially helpful if you find that your phone line is being transferred to another provider without your prior knowledge or consent.
