Flexible contracts
We offer two contract options so you can choose the one that's best for you. If you want flexibility, you can choose our 30-day rolling contract, which allows you to leave at any time - you just need to give us 30 days notice. There's a £30.63 set-up fee for this package. Alternatively, if you don't want to pay this set-up fee, you can choose a 12 month contract.
Wireless box
O2 Home Broadband comes with an O2 wireless box, so you can go online from the bedroom, study or even the garden and connect up to ten computers at once. It's easy to get going – our set up CD practically does it for you.
The O2 wireless box is fully guaranteed to work smoothly, and comes with a host of security features, like its built-in firewall, so it's safer to go online on all your computers. If you don't want to set up wireless broadband in your home, no problem. You can use Ethernet cables (standard network cables) instead.
Free security software for peace of mind
As well as excellent service, O2 Home Broadband gives you state of the art security software from McAfee at no extra cost to make sure you're always protected.
You'll get the latest security software from McAfee when you sign up to O2 Home Broadband, including:

30 day happiness guarantee
We are very happy with our broadband service, but we want you to be happy with it too. That's why, when you sign up to O2 Home Broadband, we'll give you 30 days to try it out. If you decide you don't like it let us know and we'll cancel your contract.

Home Broadband and Home Phone are subject to availability and you need Home Broadband to get Home Phone. There's a 30 day or 12 months minimum term contract and you have to pay by direct debit. If you choose the 30 day option there's a connection charge. These prices include an actual monthly discount of £5.00 for O2 mobile customers (unless it specifically says they're for everyone). If you're on Pay & Go, you must top-up a £10 minimum every 3 months to keep your discount. There's an Acceptable Use Policy. 6 months half price and 12 months half price offers exclude The Basics and Access packages, and are only on 12 month contracts. 12 months half price offer available for O2 mobile customers of 2 years or more. For new customers, or O2 mobile customers of less than 2 years, 6 months half price offer available. 6 months half price offer ends 31st March 2012. If you take any Bolt Ons there are some terms. For any chargeable calls you make, there's a minimum 12.8p set up fee. Unless otherwise stated, calls to 0871, 0870 and 070 numbers are not included in your bundle and will cost no more than 20p per minute, 4.1p per minute or 104p per minute respectively.
