Price changes
Our Home Broadband and Home Phone call prices are changing
Internet use has changed dramatically over the last few years and this is likely to continue. We need to increase our prices so we can still give you the level of service you’d expect from us. At the same time, we still remain competitive against other Internet Service Providers, as you can see in the table below:

We took the prices for other providers' packages on 14th Jan 2011 from bt.com, virginmedia.com, talktalk.co.uk, sky.com, and orange.co.uk. This is not intended to be a comparison of these packages and each of them has differences in download limits, fair usage policies, quoted maximum download speeds and included extras. See each supplier’s websites for the details of their respective packages and their terms and conditions.

If you haven't already, you may also be able to take advantage of our home phone line rental at £7.50 at month. - 3. We believe we offer a fantastic value for money broadband and home phone service. However you can leave without penalty if you tell us within 30 days of receiving your price change notification letter or email. Call 0800 230 0202 and choose option 1 (Home Broadband), 5 (Leaving O2), then 2 (Leaving O2). If you don’t contact us before 31st March 2011 then the new prices will take effect from your first bill date after that.
