Home Broadband
Early Termination Charges
When you order home phone or broadband services from O2, there’s normally a minimum term of 12 months.
If you decide to stop your service during this minimum period you'll have to pay an early termination charge.
What you're charged depends on how long is left of your minimum term. The table below shows how much you're charged for each month remaining.
So for example, if you have six months left on your 'The Works' broadband contract, you'll have to pay a charge of £15.52 multiplied by 6, which is £93.12.
