If you are already an O2 mobile customer, we've got a special deal for you - O2 Home Broadband prices start from just £7.50 per month, and O2 Business Broadband prices start from just £15(ex.VAT). You'll be saving at least £5 a month, whichever package you use.

Discounts specific to O2 Home Broadband Customers only

Pay Monthly Customers
To continue receiving your discounted Broadband price, you must remain an O2 Consumer or Business Pay Monthly mobile customer. If your O2 Pay Monthly contract is terminated, you'll be automatically charged the regular price for your O2 Broadband Package from the date of termination.

Pay & Go Customers
If you're an O2 Pay & Go customer you'll automatically get the O2 discounted monthly price on your first bill, regardless of your previous top up history.

To keep this discounted price, you need to make sure your O2 Pay & Go mobile is active (can make or receive calls) and top-up to at least £10 in the three months prior to each month's Broadband Top-Up date. This will always be three days before your broadband bill date. This means that if you are due to receive your Home Broadband bill on 4th of each month, then you must make sure your Pay & Go mobile is topped up to at least £10 in the three months prior to the 1st of each month (your Home Broadband Top Up Date)

If you don't top up enough, you'll be charged the standard monthly price for your selected Broadband package. Of course, if at a later date you manage to top-up to at least £10, you will receive the discount again. But it won't be applied retrospectively to the months when you didn't top up enough.

If we notice you may not have topped up enough, we'll send you a reminder message a few days before your upcoming bill to give you a chance to top-up and get your discount that month.

If you ever need to check how much you've topped up in the last 3 months and what your last top-up amount was simply send a free text message with the word "topup" to 61202 from your O2 Pay & Go mobile.
