A static IP address is available with all packages (excluding Access). You won't need this for general Internet use, but it's great if you want to run your own email or web servers.
Our Enhanced Support Service is included in every package. In the unlikely event that we can't resolve technical issues remotely, we'll send out an IT engineer to be on site the next business day* at a time that suits to help get you back online.
*For problems not resolved over the phone (but raised before 4pm), O2 can arrange for an engineer to visit your premises the next business day (Monday -Friday, 8am-8pm) before 8pm.
There's a one year minimum contract (no matter how long any O2 mobile contract you have is, or whether you use O2 for your mobile). When you sign up, we'll send you the O2 Broadband Pack which contains everything you need to get started easily.
Like any broadband service, there are a few charges that occur only in special circumstances, for example if you cancel your contract outside the money back guarantee.
