Like any broadband service, there are a few charges that occur only in special circumstances, for example if you cancel your contract outside the money back guarantee.

• Early cancellation charge: £42.50  (ex.VAT)
  (If you want to cancel within your first year, but are outside the 50 day money back guarantee)
• Address mover's charge: £42.50  (ex.VAT)
  (If you move more than once in a year)
• Express cancellation charge: £12.75  (ex.VAT)
  (If you want us to disconnect O2 Business Broadband straight away rather than waiting the 30-day notice period. If you're within the first year but outside the 50 day money back guarantee, you will also need to pay the £42.50(ex.VAT) cancellation fee)
• Reactivation charge: £8.50  (ex.VAT)
  (If your account is suspended for some reason)
• Reconnection charge: £12.75  (ex.VAT)
  (If you have to be reconnected - for instance if BT disconnect your landline for not paying your bill)
