The next time you reboot your router, the router will automatically update. The O2 Wireless Box III’s will be updated at night, so you’ll get the update if you leave it on overnight. If you haven’t received the update in the next few weeks, don’t worry, we’ll keep trying until we’ve updated them all, there’s no need to call us. | Ongoing |
